A lot of people think to educate means to put lots of facts into our students' heads, but anyone who looks at the Latin root of the word knows that it means 'to pull out of.' This is a hands-on learning opportunity.

Comix 101 — This One is for the Kids

We're really glad you've taken the time to show your support for Comix 101 — helping us through this award really, really helps in proving what a very cool concept this is. Looking ahead, the more support we have, the bigger and better it will be.
This page is meant to show you the easiest way to vote. We found that the site used by the PopVox organizers can be a little bit confusing, so we thought we'd give you a step-by-step guide.
Rest assured — we had NOTHING to do with designing this voting process. ;-)
But it's really not too hard — just keep this page open to use as a reference in case you get confused.
Remember! Voting ends on April 30th at midnight — so don't wait! There aren't many entries in this category, so we really think that your vote will make a big, big difference.
Step 2
On the voting page, click the VOTE button just below the image from the COMIX 101 website.
Step 3
Ergh. You're probably not a member, so you will need to sign up (sorry!) Please fill out the REGISTER overlay that pops up.
Step 4
Once you have submitted your account information, a VERIFY ACCOUNT page will appear telling you to check your e-mail. You'll need to check your mailbox for a new message from "Strutta.com", the contest organizers.
Step 5
Click the LINK in the e-mail to verify your account. This will take you back to the site.
Step 6
You'll be requested to enter a NEW PASSWORD. Enter whatever makes sense for you.
Step 7
Click CONTINUE and you will be fully logged in. But you won't be on the right site! Pretty dumb, huh?
Step 8
This is the tricky bit, but we've made it easier for you. Just click right HERE and we'll take you back to the correct voting page for COMIX 101.
Step 9
Click the VOTE button one more time.
Step 10
If you see the "Your vote has been counted!" message, you've successfully voted! And helped us bring the Comix 101 program to more kids across Canada.
