Synopsis
Lucia Ribeiro loves her job patrolling the waters surrounding Cascadia, watching over crops and fish stocks. But lately, the Cordovans, who squandered their resources, have ramped up their raids. To make matters worse, the military started sniffing around, which means making room for a new guy in a traditionally all-female squad. When a routine patrol turns disastrous, Lucia comes face-to-face with an exotic man deep under the ocean. With political pressures crushing in, Lucia must decide how far she's willing to go to find this mysterious man and whether she'll protect him once she does.
