by the way, I finished the scripts for both the pitches on my ssite if you are interested. You already gave plenty of sage advice, so don't feel obligated, but if you want to see how the first issues end, they are there.
p.s. I can't wait for you to develop Trixie Starlight, I would shell out money to read that script! -

I realize she was the gas leak, but the THUG doesn't know that, I just figured he would assume it was a spill or something. (ah but nevermind it was nitpicking anyway). Now that I think about it, maybe when it's drawn the cloud looks like her still and resembles some freaky gas ghost that the dude would totally shoot at, I dunno.

cool, give me some time to order them from the library and give them a read through, and I'll give you my impressions and how what I learn might be used for my story. I get the impression we are going to have some interesting conversations over time, Riot, I look forward to it.

Sure, why not, but maybe just a couple of the most interesting and insightful books. I don't want to get too bogged down in it, as I want to concentrate on the more manufactured and extreme social ills, but I suppose it all ties in and a good story should have depths and layers, eh.

Well, that sounds lovely, but since I have little idea where you live, no idea where you work, and you're apparently going into law and could sue my ass off for instigating any aggression against you, it's kind of an empty promise. Thanks a tonne for the feedback, Riot. I never considered the whole "fear of sexuality" issue with Feral, though it is an interesting insight. I just wanted an excuse for some smut, and a way to eliminate prey without it looking like obvious homicide (spontaneous combustion). I will give "Face the Music" issue 2 a look as soon as possible.
