A new opportunity for Aboriginal Storytellers on Z2H

If you are an Aboriginal writer in Canada looking to make a name for yourself, look no further — Zeros 2 Heroes and Aboriginal Peoples Television Network are proud to announce “Comic Creation Nation: APTN”, an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal writers to break into the comic book industry.

Beginning immediately, Aboriginal Canadian writers are invited to pitch their story ideas to the Zeros 2 Heroes community — a thriving network of genre entertainment fans and all round fanboys. The three story ideas to strike the deepest chord with their audience will be turned into professionally-produced comic books and published online at Zeros 2 Heroes.

The joint APTN/Z2H campaign is structured identically to Zeros 2 Heroes’ existing highly successful Comic Creation Nation campaign — over the past three months the company has launched 12 new comic book properties based on stories submitted and vetted exclusively by the Z2H community. “I am proud that such a caring and supportive community had enough trust in me to allow Minus One to win,” says Greg Robinson, author of the second comic book concept to be nominated for production by the Z2H community.
